Use of Artwork:

- Commissioned artworks are for personal-use by default, and are not for AI training.

- Discuss with the artist if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee before paying.

 

Commercial commissions are calculated as follows: 

- Type A: x1.5+ multiplier (Game asset, Promo art, Stream Usage, Banners, Demo Reels for Paid Works, etc.)

- Type B: x2+ multiplier or royalties (VTubing model, merch, prints, artbooks, etc.)

- Factors such as: Business type and size, usage, rights management / licensing, so commercial use must be properly discussed first before the price is set.

Customization on design:

- The prices set for any services do not include customization on character/s' design/s. 

- Design fees are required when requesting custom designs, and the amount depends on the complexity.

Rushed Commission:

- Commission is considered "Rushed" when there's a required turnaround time of 7 days and below.

- Rushed fee of 30% of the commission price is required

​

Payment:

- 100% upfront payment. Partial payment can be discussed.

- For commercial art, payment is 50% upfront. Remaining 50% must be sent before File Deliverables are sent to client.

- Remaining balance for conditional fees (including revision fees, and rush fees) shall be paid before the the final output is sent.

Revisions & Requested Changes on The Artwork

- Only 3 free revisions are allowed before rendering phase.

- Only 1 small revision request is allowed after final artwork is sent.

- Any subsequent revisions requested during or after rendering phase will be charged. 

- Sketch Style commissions only allow revision requests up until coloring phase.

Refunds:

- Full refund is only applicable until the end of initial sketching phase (you will be given an update when the sketch is finished).

- 50% refund is available when commission is canceled during the Coloring *phase. 

- Refunds are no longer allowed during rendering phase or once the artwork is finished.

Artist's Rights:

- As the artist, I have all the rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes such as my portfolio.

- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

- Removal of my watermark/signature from the artwork is not allowed.

- No transformative (editing) or derivative work should ever be done on commissioned art unless agreed upon with the artist. 

- Do not use my art for AI generation or training.

Client's Rights:

- For personal use-commissioned art, feel free to post or print it as being the commissioner grants you "Ownership" of the artwork. 

- Only clients who paid for commercial fees are granted licensing, and use the commissioned art for merches and other forms of commercial use.

- Private commissions have 20% privacy fee and required signed NDA.

Timeframe of Completion:

- Completion of digital painting takes a week or up to 4 months max to finish, depending on the order of your slot.

- For sketch style, it will take a few days up to a month, depending on the order of your slot.
